I know what it is like to walk around with an invisible wound but have to put on a smiling face like nothing bad ever happened. I know how exhausting and draining that is to do every single day.

What I also know is how to survive, recover and eventually thrive. To have a life you love where all of your dreams are possible. To create a family of love that reflects the family you deserved but didn’t have when you were growing up. It is possible to be deeply happy in your own body. Love the skin that you are in. And to have the blanket of depression and anxiety finally lifted from over your head.
I know that by working with me I can help you to access the peace and serenity that naturally lives within you. I know that your pain can be transformed into an aide to whatever your purpose is in life.

I know that I can help you gain access to yourself in a deeper way then you thought possible so that you can live a life of depth, purpose and meaning.​ Some of the ways we will do this by exploring your emotional health and wellness and what may have contributed to you feeling as you do today.

​We explore how intergenerational trauma, recognized or unrecognized, can often be underneath much of the depression and anxiety you are experiencing today. We discuss how racial trauma is toxic for the mind body and spirit and what we can do to counter those toxic effects.
We meet in my office, and sometimes virtually, for weekly 1:1 sessions which are fifty minutes. 

My rate is $120 for the initial session and $85 per session there after.

There is an $85 cancellation fee for all appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

There is an $85 fee for missed appointments. 

I am also in the Care First/Blue Cross Blue Shield network.
